BOB BELAND Hello. I am a fully self contained stand alone songwriter/recording artist. I have pursued this musical path since 1974. As a songwriter my main interests are in the genres of Rock, Country, Folk, Pop and Imstrumental work. You can review my song library @ Soundcloud...../Bob Beland where you will find an exstenive list and a wide variety of compositions there. 98% of the songs listed there are mine alone with the exception of a few songs written by Lowell George, Graham Nash and Jules Shear, that last name being a former band member from our group Southpaw, who has sung on a few of my recordings over the years and that are available in the SoundCloud library to hear. Along with the albums currently available on line and in the marketplace there are unreleased albums and tracks of mine to hear as well. I pride myself on a vast knowledge of musical genres and songwriting and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences with others. I write, perform, arrange, record and produce my own work from my home based studio and release my recordings on my own labels, Seeing I Records and Wrong Way Works. I currently have 3 solo albums out on the market now available on line at the all normal music sites like iTunes, CD Baby and Spotify ect... I also had a 15 year career in the music distribution field wher I met and represented recording artists from all across the globe and from every single musical genre that exists. I also come from a musical family iwith my older brother John Beland, who played a significant role in the creation of the Southern California Country Rock genre during his time with Linda Ronstadt and manning the helm of the Flying Burrito Bros shortly after Gram Parsons tenure. My brother’s career is way too long to print but if you look him up you will find an impressive career in music. That is part of the musical environment I grew up around along with forging my own path in Rock and Roll.
