I have more than three years of experience as a customer service representative at a top call center for workers comp. Most recently, I was the team lead for my dedicated accounts team. I’m a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment if needed so right now I’m looking for an opportunity to apply my writing experience and my creative skills at an great company like this one. Although I love my current role, I feel I’m now ready for a more challenging assignment and this position really excites me.
