Greetings, I’ve been working as a freelance travel writer for several years and while the extra income helps with rent and occasionally lets me order extra-large bowls of pho, I have yet to turn my writing into a full-time endeavor, and that is why I'm here. Let me tell you a quick bit about myself. After living in Tokyo for about four years, I began chronicling my exploits in Japan on a travel-comedy blog called Yabatori, which has garnered a small but dedicated following. I don’t get paid for this, but it’s fun to write and the validation from strangers on the internet boosts my self-esteem more than I’m willing to admit. I have also written over 100 articles for various travel publications such as The Culture Trip and Gurunavi, mostly while I was still living in Japan. I am a firm advocate and steadfast supporter of smart adjectives, clever wordplay, and the Oxford comma. Put simply, I'm dedicated to my craft and I would love to write for you.
