I have over 3 years as the Chief Copywriter for a wholesale produce distribution company in San Diego. There I have written well over 3,000 product descriptions/scripts including, but no limited to, exotic fruits and vegetables, meat, dairy, Asian goods, frozen products, organic and farmer's market produce etc. Not only do I have a lot of experience writing in the food/produce industry, but have also traveled to over 15 countries and have the cultural knowledge and expertise to also excel in many other editorial fields. I have a very strong science background, a BS in Biology and a published paper in the Extremophiles scientific journal. Looking for a part-time job that will allow me to make some extra money on the side, while in graduate school getting my Master's in Biomedical Health Sciences.
