Looking for a writer that loves to research!

I have a few projects that I am working on. I need someone to research the correct way to submit my company for insurance companies. Must be a very educated writer on instructional books, contracts, health and wellness. I need help research proper parodical on submitting applications for insurance companies. I am writing 4 books and also need help finishing them. I am looking for someone who lives close to Southbay so we can get to get together and collaborate. I also need help writing a blog. Thank you,
