Seeking a writer for medical/science content, or someone capable of generating expert insight into the latest trends in skin care and medical aesthetic treatments? My unique combination of writing skills and medical experience make me just what the doctor ordered! In addition to a BA in Creative Writing and PR/Marketing, I have a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and have been licensed as an Aesthetician since 2005. Although I spent most of my career working in plastic/reconstructive surgery and medical aesthetics, I spent time working in a variety of disparate areas of medicine, including general operating rooms, orthopedic surgery and vein care clinics. I am trained and certified on several of the most popular aesthetic laser and light therapy platforms and possess a clear understanding of how laser/light technology works; I am well-versed in skin conditions and concerns and have created online content for many different medical practices. My work with physicians/surgeons often included well-written patient notes. I have successfully written social media and advertising content for a number of medical spas and wellness clinics.
