Writer in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hello. I´m a rookie as a professional writer. I think that if you are going to pay for a work, it has to be original, creative and above all, easy to understand. There are to many good artists around the world, for me any good story is art as well. The difference into a successful writing to another is difficult to know. I have seen a lot of bad stories been successful in popularity and is because the sponsors generally are self-indulgent and are loses for them in money. A good story, need less inversión, and have more impact than a well know product. But how to recognize a good story? Be creative not means be original, be original not means to be good, so ¿how to do a good work?. The only way i know is repeating and polishing the same idea, with care and don´t loosing track of the central idea. The best the writer, the fastest to accomplish. Maybe some people may think that the writers in this era are unnecessary. For me, i think we are in the era of the new generation of writers. Why?. The internet is perfecting the new visual arts, now is easy to create to much things, just cut and paste. We have changed the paper for a screen, the internet is a sea of ideas and is easy be lost. The writers have the job to describe this chaotic sea, to make it a little more organized. The writers are the fishers of this ideas and his words the compass. The graphics arts now are more easy to create and that make a graphic artist a writer as well (ex. Stan Lee). For me, actually the best and original stories and plots are in the videogames, but there are to many, and not all people likes videogames. The e-books are for older customers, the stories in the movies are a struggling because the tendencies are very short, and tv series are agonizing, is like seen Rocky to be beaten. Cause streaming is more cheap and interesting. (ok sometimes). And about the tendency of oriental literature, personally i like it, but we are not in Asia. So if you are looking for a writer, you have to know what are you paying. To be a writer is have the luck to catch the eye of some one. PS. I´m in México
