Greetings! I am an experienced technical and creative writer, with extensive training in grammar, language/literature comprehension, proofreading, and editing. I hold a Master's Degree in English with a concentration in writing, and I have taught as an adjunct professor at several Louisiana universities and community colleges (ULM, Louisiana Tech, and Bossier Parish Community College); I have also worked as a technical writer and editor for the JP Morgan Chase corporate office located in Monroe, Louisiana. As I have taken time from teaching to raise my young child, I would love to continue to provide high-quality technical and/or creative writing. I exercise thorough, exacting consideration and quality when crafting compositions, and I am capable of working at elementary, junior high, high school, collegiate, post-collegiate, casual, and professional writing levels. I am also adept at proofreading, editing, and critiquing technical and creative compositions. I produce quick, accurate work, and I can accommodate both strict, quick projects with hard deadlines and elaborate, long-term projects. Writings may be composed in-person or online (via email, Facetime, Skype, and/or secure chat). My fee is generally $25 per hour, though this is negotiable according to the needs, length, and scope of the desired written product.
