Vacirca's Creative Services is now accepting projects at affordable, competitive rates (and yes I am prepared to negotiate).
I offer the following services:
Virtual Administrative Assistant Services (Remote): I can function in any supportive capacity as a Virtual Executive, Administrative, or Personal Assistant. Services include virtual office support and reception tasks, including: answering calls, email/message/mailbox management, appointment/meeting scheduling; meeting/event planning, support, and execution; travel management; document formatting, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation development; in-house scheduling, employee time sheet and payroll management; general customer service management: troubleshooting, lead generation and follow up, accounts payable/receivable. Since 2011, I have worked as a Virtual Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant with C-level Executives, corporate officers, small and mid-size business owners, other independent contractors, and individuals operating start-up companies and non-profit organizations. My background in real estate makes me uniquely qualified to be a Virtual Assistant to a real estate professional or business.
Creative Services: I have been providing freelance services as a writer, editor, and graphic/web designer for the past fourteen years.
Writing Services: Professional writer with experience in fiction and nonfiction writing (novels, memoirs, biographies); magazine, newspaper, article writing; business writing, ghost writing, technical writing, academic writing, and fundraising/grant proposal writing. I offer copywriting and content writing for social media, websites and blogs. I can also offer coaching services for those who want to learn how to better write their project for themselves.
Editing: I am experienced in all forms of online and print editing services including: copyediting, proofreading, content editing, line editing, developmental and substantive editing; formatting and layout editing/design.
Design: When I design, I take on all phases of the design as required. I am the developer, and if needed writer or editor, to contribute to the overall design. I can design a wide range of business materials including: brochures, newsletters (print and electronic), annual reports; design of company logos; stationery (business cards, letterhead, invoices, calendars, customized meeting folders; and documents); and additional marketing and promotional items. Original T-shirt and novelty design for individuals, groups, companies, or time-specific events; website and blog design (sample: www.....org; www.....com). Strong knowledge of Adobe CreativeSuite; Wordpress; Blogger, and other web publishing platforms; also, CMS; SEO and social media marketing.

Event Planning and Project Management: Hire me to assist you in overseeing your event, or project, across all phases of development and execution. I provide the development and management of time lines and schedules to achieve event/project goals and milestones; also, monitoring work flow to make time line adjustments as needed, using both event management, project management software, or CRM software as needed; developing and managing the budget, including cost estimates, resource planning, and skillful negotiations; creating status reports to ensure consistent communication practices throughout project teams; collaborating and assisting clients in decision-making and to achieve event and project goals and expectations. Strong knowledge of team management or team collaboration software.
