This position is located in Energy Resources Business Services (ERBS) as part of the Technical and Administrative Services Team. This Team is responsible for managing the document lifecycle for procedures for CLIENT. Responsibilities include: • Editing procedures to ensure quality and consistency of procedures. • Work with subject matter experts to create procedures. • Write and manage technical and procedural documentation. • Write, edit, and revise a variety of detailed and technical user documents including procedures, job , and forms. • Collaborate with management and technical personnel during development of documentation. • Track progress of documentation tasks, ensuring timely delivery and efficiently managing documentation change requests. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Strong technical writing skills • Strong technical editing skills • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to work as part of a team • Experience working with all levels in an organization • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to coordinate documentation and process analysis efforts involving many people • Process and detailed oriented • Ability to work under tight deadlines
