Writer in Pueblo, Colorado

Hello, My name is Jordan. I am new to colorado. I came her looking for adventure, for something new. For something different. I am a mother and a wife. My skills and talents often times never get to see the light of day , they are shadowed by the day to day dysfunctions that is my life, right now. But I am hellbent on letting my light shine in one way or another. I can write, I can imagine, I can build and create wonderful places with my mind. Given the right opportunity. I came across this on a google search. I am curious, is this completely volunteer based? Do you require applicants to have some education in journalism? Or Can I just write to write? I can write, I feel Just about anything.
