Writer in New York, New York

I have substantial experience working in the fast-paced environment of television and film. During the last five years, I have been involved in many aspects of film, TV and web series development and production, including everything from working with NBC casting to creating independent web series. I have written, produced, directed, performed in, cast, filmed and edited numerous productions. In addition to the above experience, I write, and perform in, a monthly sketch show at the Peoples Improv Theater, am an active member of two improv teams, and I am in the advanced study program for both sketch and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. I am currently working as a script doctor, restructuring and punching up a SAG film that is in pre-production. I graduated with an MFA degree in Writing and Producing for Television (TV Writers Studio) from Long Island University, Brooklyn Campus. During graduate school, I had the privilege of working with an extraordinary mentor, Norman Steinberg (Blazing Saddles, My Favorite Year, Cosby), creator and director of the TV Writers Studio program.
