Writer in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia

I am going into my second year of university and looking for summer employment or yearly projects. I have efficient writing skills that can be attributed to enabling my post-secondary education. I am currently debating on my major; I am debating between majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice, with the hope of attending Law school and honouring in English Literature, or majoring in English Lit and honouring in Criminology. I was approached by an esteemed professor and asked to consider the honours program. My dedication to writing and the English language has not only boosted my confidence and my intellect, but it also serves as a tool. The ability to shape and morph the English language into works of art, literature, or fact-based documents, etc.; that skill is a gift of communication and inclusion. It is a gift that I love to share with people, I love bringing voices together and ideas. I have written many short stories and endless notebooks of poetry, along with two dozen formal papers a year for school, and various creative writing and journalism on the side. I am interested in literary work and am open to new opportunities and possibilities.
