Writer in Fairfax, Virginia

I am a recent graduate from George Mason University with a BA in English, Concentration: Writing and Rhetoric. I feel confident in my abilities at writing, editing, and providing constructive feedback to others. A large portion of my time spent at George Mason consisted of writing workshops, both in groups with my classmates and one-on-one sessions with my instructors. When it comes to writing essays, I am diligent with word choice, tone, and structure. I am also accustomed to maintaining schedules and sticking with deadlines. My previous job experience as a waiter for over six years has made me efficient at working and communicating with others in a fast paced environment. I have experience writing proposals and articles both independently and with groups, where my goal was to help make said piece of writing clear, concise, and consistent.
