Looking for an editor for my Novel

I am looking for a talented, creative, crazy, bizarre, weird, whacky, silly, smart, wise, poetic, bored, inquisitive, patient, happy, sad editor who would be wiling to consider taking my writing project as their own in a co-creator type of way so that upon completion and subsequent hopeful publishing, we would share any profits the book makes 50/50. The piece of writing is 'alternative'/'experimental'/attemptively poetic and therefore it needs a lot of help from someone other than me
