Writer Job in Winnipeg, Manitoba

I'm looking for a local writer who can write my mom's life story and memoirs to be compiled in a book. Would include interviews with my mom and other key individuals. Proficient in creative writing, experience in writing memoirs, and ability to conduct interviews in person and by phone/internet as required. Completion of book (printing) is required by end of November. References and sample of previous work. will be requested.
