MotionLink is looking for a modern day Renaissance Individual (humans only please) to join our entrepreneurial tech company. The Technical/Content Writer & Proposal Coordinator position will tackle various aspects of our business from proposal coordination, creation and delivery to the development and management of various marketing and product content along with other projects to support the organization. This position will be responsible for identifying, drafting and formatting content for RFPs, product marketing materials, corporate documentation, training manuals, website content, white papers and case studies, etc. He/She will ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality and voice. Candidate should have some knowledge and experience with design tools for layout and format development. Additionally, qualified individuals will be responsible for following the status of proposals, maintaining updates in company CRM, and assist with other organizational and marketing activities from tradeshow and campaign support (logistics, follow up) and writing and documentation needs. Develop proposals by writing and assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials. Improve proposal-writing results, standards, quality and consistency by evaluating and redesigning processes along with developing and maintaining a content/template library. Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience from marketing content, whitepapers, training manuals and documentation guides to proposals. Work on multiple proposals, and marketing materials simultaneously to meet to meet tight deadlines. Be part a dynamic and innovative sales, marketing and development team in a fast growing company. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Ability to comfortably grasp the technology value proposition and nuances of Government sector Excellent writing and presentation skills Graphic Design and Layout Knowledge Comfortable writing and editing technical documentation Problem solver, detail oriented and deadline driven Ability to multi-task, organize and handle numerous responsibilities Self-motived and proactive mindset Must be a team player and collaborator Familiar with CRM tools, Salesforce a plus Our dynamic and collaborative team is made-up of energetic, hands-on young professionals that work to create innovative solutions, services and partnerships for our clients.
