Writer Job in Springfield, Massachusetts

I am the owner of A.W comic studio's. I'm simply looking for artists & writers near me i am a published author and have been working alone. As of now i am just trying to get people more involved with my company so that it saves time, all profit is split between the people who are successfully published under A.W comics lable and those who avoid the work or avoid any contact having to do with business are excluded. Everything is 50/50. And I do have to say this is not a full time job but a lot of you need to look at the big picture i'm not here to rob you of your cash or use you for your talent trust me i know how that feels i've been fu*ked before and it hurts, so just a reminder i'm not that kind of guy who would condone on being dishonest. I only need people who know what they are doing no film writers or half assed artist i need people that are at least on my level. Most ideas you have for your own comic please keep to yourself till you can find your own partner my job is to create and publish for my books but i need other people to help with coloring and lettering.
