Writer Job in Royal Oak, Michigan

We have recently converted from a 34-year-old LLC to a 501(c)(3). Historically we provided live educational theatre programs in elementary schools across the Midwest, specializing in Literacy/Creative Writing. Obviously, since mid-March live assembly programs have ceased to exist, and thus we need to shift our business model to the creation and distribution of Distance Learning programs. We need guidance in seeking and writing applications for grants to support these efforts. Full disclosure, our budget is thin—very thin. We've nearly exhausted our revenues from the 2019-20 school year, which were cut in half by the pandemic. So, it's a bit of a chicken-and-egg situation: we desperately need funds in order to pay for help seeking funds. We're good people doing good work, and I hope we can find some pro- or low-bono help bridging this existential chasm!
