Writer in Las Vegas, Nevada

I am largely a fiction writer that doubles in research presentation and editing - I worked as a university tutor for most of my BA and helped various students grasp complicated concepts. My ultimate passion is connection - in both the mental and writing senses. My love is balled in the connections I make with those I work with and write for - I am able to take a moment, a perspective, or a thought and weave it into something that we both can then appreciate. It is also centered within the idea of flow; it is a thrill to chase the connection within work - how ideas connect and feed upon each other, to put it simply. I have studied under a couple of published, seasoned authors and ate up any conversation I could with them - I am hungry to grow myself as both a person, a writer, and look forward to those willing to feed me. I am always open to conversation and questions! Please don't be shy. My areas of interest and specialty: Transgender and other LGBT interests, analysis of anything and everything including, but not limited to books and movies, living with those diagnosed on the autism spectrum, ADHD and other medical diagnoses, lizards and other reptiles, the area of Las Vegas, the Southeast, and its culture, animals and their care, English major bits and things, psychology, American civil war history, 1920s history, gaming, butchery, and fishmonger stuffs. I am willing to work with and learn so much more, though just wanted to offer my areas of interest for consideration! :)
