After spending a lifetime pursuing practical and sustainable food growing practices as a hobby, I took the opportunity to manage my family estate in Lake Geneva, WI for six years. Along with a small staff, I worked for years on the restoration and expansion of the extensive vegetable and flower gardens with the joint goals of bettering our guests and clients health through food and decreasing our carbon footprint.
