Ghost writer? or writer in general

Not sure what you would even call what I'm looking for. I am writing a book. a sci fi fantasy futuristic story that takes places now, or rather in 2013. I just need some help in terms of describing many things in the book and someone maybe helping me flesh it out? probably even a test reader. Can't afford to pay much yet. Maybe a free dinner or lunch for now. Anyone willing to be artful and open and willing to create can reach out to me here.
