Writer Job in Massapequa, New York

Compensation: share of proceeds/profits/contract: 60% for me, 40% for you
I have written 2 screenplays and one novel that need to be "spruced up" and improved upon. I also have two more ideas, one for a screenplay and one for another novel but no longer have the time to write.

I'm looking to provide the ideas, characters, plot etc. but need someone that can write it down. My ideas, my name, your writing. 60/40 % split of any and all proceeds.

Would like to, of course, meet in person, and make sure we are compatible; at the same time, I can share my ideas and you can share samples of your writing. Then we can do most of our communicating via email (I send you my ideas, you send me the written product). Looking to move fast: I have had responses to my query letters/treatments from agents but now need to deliver.
