My name is Kelly DeSola and I'm a freelance Content Marketer and Copywriter. I have over 15 years of experience writing engaging content for a variety of industries including education, non-profit and publishing. I’m currently working part-time as the Content Marketing & Engagement Manager for McGraw-Hill’s Business Blog, where I source and edit blog content from upcoming authors. I also write a monthly newsletter, emails and social media posts to promote the blog. For the past five years I’ve done freelance writing to generate leads for Education Dynamics, its web properties, and its clients in post-secondary education. At the end of January I left a part-time role with JDRF as a Content Marketer/Marketing Copywriter where I wrote web copy, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media posts to engage donors and fundraisers—and to build awareness for type 1 diabetes research.
