I work for a fortune 500 legacy airline and have spent the last 15 months writing internal comms related to policies and procedures, employee engagement and change management within the Reservations division. I pride myself in having both the ability to keep communications strictly business and following current AP Style guidelines. When appropriate, I enjoy adding editorial humor and whimsy in my writing. Additionally, I have been involved with writing step-action guides for unique lines of businesses within our organization. I have a breadth of comms knowledge and can do anything from comms plans, to executive memos, to entertaining news.
