Current Poet Laureate of Sacramento, CA, Indigo Moor is the author of three books of poetry. Tap-Root (Main Street Rag, 2006), Through the Stonecutter’s Window (Northwestern University Press, 2010), and In the Room of Thirsts & Hungers (Main Street Rag, July 2017). His stageplay, Live! at the Excelsior, was a finalist for the Images Theatre Playwright Award has been optioned for a full-length film. Indigo is the Artist in Residence for 916 ink and on the advisory board for the Sacramento Poetry Center.
