Writer in Houston, Texas

I've always been told since elementary school and through college that I make a great writer and editor. I haven't tried my hand at writing professionally, but I like to rant. I like to be opinionated. That being said, Im also deeply understanding. Im getting my B.A. in Sociology minoring in Psychology. Ive always observed people and I often sarcastically or facetiously make jokes about everyday life. Ive thought about writing comedy. I've been pulled in multiple directions to different passions and I'm still looking for my calling. I'm beginning a short internship at my county Democratic Party and I'm a single mom with a complicated life and an old soul.
