I have over 20 years of experience writing insurance estimates for all types of claims, for all types of properties and for all type of end use. This may include wind, hail, water, fire, vandalism, etc. I prefer to visit the site for my takeoff but I can also do an estimate from a drawing and lots of pictures. I can write an estimate in the style you request, i.e. minimal, standard or heavy... Payment is based upon 3% of the estimate total with a $300.00 minimum charge.
