My goal is to write in a way that invokes something in the reader. Whether it’s an emotion or reaction, I want what I write to stick with them. How do I achieve this? By listening to all the different voices in my head. No, I’m not crazy. I believe each person and brand has a distinctive written voice, and as an objective listener, I am able to uncover that for them. I have developed my own in-depth process to discover who your brand is so I can determine what voice I need to hear in my head.
