As a young adult in the most exciting city in the world, I am constantly observing and assessing day to day happenings around me. I have written in a variety of contexts, from short stories and poetry to essays and informational pieces, but articles analyzing the soundscape of songs/album reviews are what I'm most passionate about. I play gigs very often, and I'm well connected in the underground music community of NYC. I listen to music almost constantly, and with every piece I write, I accompany it with digital media that describes how it feels in my head listening to that. This provides a unique and vivid voice, as well as moving with the wave of zines/mixed media digital publication.
