I was born to write. I have a clear memory of my 1st day of 1st grade; I noticed the alphabet was askew. Just one or two letters out of order. My new teacher was miffed. I wasn't even six yet and I had caught her mistake. That didn't hinder me. The next 50 years I spent every opportunity learning and writing about my experiences. I love language, the nuances and images your word choices can evoke
