My Career has been in television broadcasting and the magic which goes into capturing a story is nothing short of a thrill. The excitement of a project from the very first thought to the research and the outline...and to the actual first few pages is the thrill of a lifetime. You actually, as a writer do not know exactly what lines you will use until your are there!!! Also, there are many types of writing which I have acquired over the years. I write Press Releases. I write Content both short and long form. It is the understanding of an audience that is the key and I learned that in my 20's. The greatest minds in television from Av Westin to Barbara Walters and Michael Eisner at ABC taught me so much. I observed and viewed their work and went on from there. Not bad??? I loved every second of it and I thank them today. We are nothing without music and stories. It is who we are and why we are. It helps us understand the world around us and other people. The art of explanation through words or persuasion through intelligent argumentative tactics is not a gift, it is a very, very intensely trained skill. In todays world of multiple platforms, we need different words along with images to attract attention. I get it. I created 60 episodes with five millennials to tell us what they think and why they do feel the way they do. Advertisers do not understand what they care about. They do not know how to find them. I do. I understand them after studying them and working with them for 6 months straight to produce a uniquely styled show. It is unfortunate major networks are not understanding the types of shows millennials want to watch. Netflix got it right with 13 Reasons but we need more....oh, so very much more.....about more!!! These kids are up against a wall!!! Also, I write factual. Research is my middle name but it should not only be factual, it should entertain with the facts. So, yes, I do feel all writing should entertain and why not?? If you sell, you need someone to describe your product beautifully. If you are a personality, you need someone to describe you with flair or if you are a financial consultant, you are doing important work. It must be told. I write as produce. I produce as a writer. It is all the same. I am here and I live to tell your story, your version, and the stories or products or people who need description with an entertaining talent. I can write for you passion
