As a Screenwriter, I love using words to convey emotion, to show struggle and beauty of everyday life. I mostly write for the comedy genre but don’t try too hard to make jokes. To me, life, in general, is funny, along with other emotions, but I want people to see the comedy in their own lives. I want to do work that shows the audience, that I relate to them, that I have the same wants and needs, as well as uncertainties in life. I want people to see the light in their pain and appreciate their grind and unique journey. For me, this kind of work is not about the money; it’s about the connection, it’s about finding what’s genuine and raw in this world and spreading that feeling in hopes that others want the same for themselves. Because in my opinion, that’s the correct way to go on in this life, to harvest meaningful connections so we can go on to live more meaningful lives.
