Writer in Chicago, Illinois

Please call me AJ. I am a 25 year old, female college graduate from Chicago. While I pursue many interests (particularly learning foreign cultures and languages) writing has always been my #1 passion ever since childhood. In the past whether it was for a school assignment or for a writing project I have always gotten high praise for my way with words. In high school I was the features editor for our school paper for 2 years and during that time I was also admitted to a creative writing workshop headed by published author, Arthur Mort. I currently write in my spare time and recently published a story online that has gotten extremely high praise from readers. I have also been a blogger for about 4 years and make it a point to write about various topics that interest me. While I am working towards the goal of a possible career in the legal field, nothing would make me happier than putting my talent and passion for creative writing to good use.
