Hello everyone! My name is Karen, I survived my home burning down, I have witnessed alot of tragic events so I can relate to many things with emotion that can be felt in my writings. Laughter through tears, is something I know very well. I am Christian, and God has seen me through many long days and nights. I took creative writing in college, also my daughter is a full time writer / editor and we help each other. Writing is a passion for me. I have written alot of poetry & songs and have been working on my own book for over 7 years. I keep adding to it as life hands me more chapters. I have had front page articles published in a newspaper on the community need for animal shelters. I also have published poetry and a published article on America, United We Stand. I have also edited a book for veterans to completion.
