Hello, my name is Christine. I graduated from the University of Guelph with a Honors Bachelor of Art degree. My major was Psychology. I was born in Canada. English is my primary language. I have experience writing short stories, emails, articles, research papers, meta-analysis', and debate statements. I also have experience creating guides, goal trackers, and step-by-step instructions. I am well versed in both APA (American Psychological Association) and MLA (Modern Language Association) formatting. I am available to take a rough draft and edit it. I can also help you with the entire writing process. The writing process may include, but is not limited to: idea formation, researching, compilation of facts, reforming opinions, structuring the writing piece, and editing. When I edit a piece, I look beyond grammar and spelling, I will give you advice on style and clarity. I am available for transcription if you are working off an audio file. I can create counter arguments to strengthen a debate paper. I can create brochures, instructions, Microsoft Office Exel charts, and more. I can write articles for websites, blogs, newspapers, etc. I am available as a ghost writer. For most projects, location will be unimportant. I look forward to hearing from you. Continue reading if you would like to see examples of my work. Below is a creative writing excerpt that I wrote as part of a short story. " I was alert, glancing in every direction. My head stopped jerking around as my dark eyes narrowed in on a form in the distance. Eyebrows furrowed, I slowly dragged my head towards the direction of the house. Seeing no movement I loped across the field towards the girl in the distance. Her pale skin was already pink from the sun’s lashings. Her entire frame stooped forward and her head bowed in a silent concentration." - Christine Below is an excerpt from a paper I wrote in University on the psychological phenomenon of repression and how it is used in conviction cases. "Psychology is still a fairly new discipline in Canada and it is continuously adapting to new ways of thinking (Canadian Psychology Association, 2000). The judgment on each individual case of malpractice depends on the jury and the experts chosen to speak on behalf of the practice. In the Shanley case (Anonymous, 2010) an expert admitted that the dissociative amnesia theory he was supporting was controversial yet, the court sided with the expert because he made a compelling case." - Christine
