Salutations! I have just stepped away from an editing and staff writing job to look for greener pastures, something for my career growth and personal fulfillment. I previously worked with many different professionals as clients, including oncologists, researchers, and award-winning clinical professors. We used AP style with a modified house style rulebook, which I picked up within a week. I have a substantial amount of marketing and media experience, and trained in Media and Communications, with a heavy focus on general Journalism, before studying for a culinary degree to become a garde manger in the meatpacking district of NYC. Food is such an important part of medicine and overall wellness, and it was an enlightening experience that informed my move out to Long Island to better care for my chronically ill wife. I have since learned much from my work, and it would be my honor and privilege to continue with the vital task of bringing wholesome, natural sustenance to the American table, informed by science and traditional wisdom. They do say nothing tastes quite as good as homemade.
