Writer in Brooklyn, New York

I am young Lebanese director and screenwriter, I started my film journey with Surrounded by Sea my bachelor’s graduation film for ALBA, Beirut in 2017. Then I moved to Paris and got a master’s degree in screenwriting and directing from ESRA in 2019. After my studies, I wrote and directed an independent short film Come Back my Love, currently on it's film festival journey. My latest stop was in New York for an intensive one-year program at Stone Street Studios, where my final year project, currently in post-production, The Cheesy Life of Francis, was picked between 25 other pitches to go into production. Today, a fresh graduate with a storm of ideas, I aspires to be part of the new wave of Arab filmmakers.
