Writer in Manhattan, New York

My name is Tara Dixon I go to Bronx Community College I am currently a Business Major, I am 21 years old. I love to write short stories about real life issues, funny stories, horror stories etc. I also like to write about topics people of all ages can relate to like bullying, depression, anxeity or drama from school or work or self confidence and how everyone is beautiful and amazing in there own way. I also like to communicate with people and talk to people about anything that is on there mind so I can help them get through whatever they are going through. This also goes for writing stories and/or blogs because i do not just write just to write i write to relate to others to help others to put a smile on someones face and to bring sunshine to someones rainy day. I love to write blogs and stories that people can relate to. I also like to write advice or tips to people who need or want them Writing is a great escape for me because i feel like i can escape and go to another world like Harry Potter or Kingdom Hearts. Since i do suffer from depression and anxiety, writing stories helped me so much with that because writing a love story or a fantasy or horror any subject but using myself as a character makes me feel like i am in another world instead of reality and it is a great feeling when you escape from reality even if its for a little while. Writing is just very important me. It is the best thing that i have ever done i love to write and connect with other people i also like to let people know in my writing that you are not alone and that someone is listening to you. I use writing for many things like entertain, information and to help others.
