Writer in Houston, Texas

I am a writer, content creator and editor with more than 10 years of experience working in both online and print arenas. My feature stories have appeared in the Arizona State University alumni magazine, as well as PRIME Living magazine, Downtown (Houston) magazine, Modern Luxury Brides, Santa Clara magazine, the Houston Press and Bayou City magazine. Online, my writing has been seen at 365ThingsinHouston....., eater..... and the digital extras segment of Yankee magazine. I am a proficient general assignment reporter, covering interesting people, business, food and wine, education and the arts. As editor of Pierce, the alumni magazine of Franklin Pierce University, I plan editorial direction, oversee freelance writers and designers, coordinate budgets and copy edit, as well as contributing stories. I am the author of Christ as the Cornerstone: Fifty Years of Worship at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, a privately released pictorial book to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Houston's St. Michael church, available from Bright Sky Press.
